Payton reaching out shortly after my inquiry online made me feel comfortable working with this company, and having a personal relationship with Todd Anderson was another reason I took the plunge and made the investment.

After several weeks of use and plunging daily. Watching my kids plunge as well and see the excitement and joy on their faces and using it daily, I couldn't be more grateful for the decision I made in making this investment.

Fedex delivered the tub and placed it where I wanted it on my back patio.

Set up was very easy & within approximately 45 minutes the tub was operating, chilling with the temperature to 47°.

I use this tub daily for six minutes. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a quality cold plunge tub.

Customer service to this point has been above expectations

Really love the tub and the customer service has been fantastic. Payton was awesome during the whole process. Highly suggest keeping it under a cover of some kind vs being out in the direct elements. Been loving getting in after runs. My wife works on her feet all day but isn’t a “cold plunge gal” however she loves being able to sit on the end and put her lower legs in so we both benefit! I’ve been cold plunging for about two and a half years straight and in that time I’ve tried just about every setup you can imagine. DIY builds, commercial units, and premium machines like the Renu and The Plunge. When I decided to buy my own tub, it was tough. These things are expensive and it’s hard to know who to trust.

I discovered Cold Creek Tubs on Facebook and something about them stood out. Family run company, real people behind it, great reviews, and the tubs looked very similar to the Renu that I was using at a facility. I looked for months and kept coming back to Cold Creek.

I finally pulled the trigger about six months ago and it was the best decision I could have made. Berry delivered it personally and set it up in my garage. From day one I was blown away. I’ve used a lot of plunges and this is hands down the best I’ve ever used. It’s deep, the water flow is great, it stays extremely clean, and it’s quiet. I run mine anywhere from 39 to the low 40s and it holds temperature perfectly.

But the biggest thing for me is customer service. I own a few restaurants and a hotel in Palm Springs, so I know what good service looks like and how really rare it is these days . A lot of plunge companies online have terrible customer support. Cold Creek is the exact opposite. This is true old school American family business. Payton and Berry have checked in with me three or four times since delivery just to make sure everything is going great and to see if I have questions.…
